[ARCHIVED] Community Vision Plan “Imagine Klamath” 2024-2028

The Klamath County Board of Commissioners is proud to announce completion of the County’s strategic plan: Klamath County Community Vision Plan “Imagine Klamath” 2024-2028.

In January 2023, the Board of Commissioners began working with Moss Adams, a professional services consulting firm, to create a Community Vision Plan for the County.  The Community Vision Plan is a result of months of collaborative efforts, insightful discussions and invaluable input from the Moss Adams Team, the Strategic Plan Steering Committee, County staff and over 1,200 citizens.  The plan lays out a course of action for the next five years by establishing priority goals for the County, identifying actions to effectively achieve those goals and defining a framework to share our progress.

The Board of Commissioners would like to thank the staff members, community members and all County strategic partners who helped to shape this plan by participating in interviews, open houses, online surveys and public comment throughout the planning period. While this plan is the first step, the real work begins today as we work to turn this vision plan into a reality. Together, we can envision a bright future for Klamath County and create a community where everyone can thrive.
