Meetings are open to the public.
Any request received from a private party, group organization or association to be heard on the Fair Board Agenda must be made in writing at least one work week (seven days) prior to the scheduled meeting. The request to be heard shall indicate what the topic is that they wish to bring before the Fair Board and the request shall be mailed, emailed, faxed or hand delivered timely to the business office of the Klamath County Event Center, Attention: Fair Board Secretary, 3531 South Sixth Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603-4744. The Presiding Officer shall have the right to suspend the Agenda, change the Agenda Order, to limit discussion and to terminate comments.
