Approve Minutes from Last Meeting


In the matter of the Klamath County Treasurer to distribute proceeds from the sale of tax foreclosed properties.

Approve and execute the Order for the County Treasurer to distribute $539,710.00 as required by ORS 311.390 and in accordance with ORS 275.275 on or before June 30, 2021


In the matter of Adopting a Budget Resolution within Weed Control and Museum Equipment Reserve Funds. Vickie Noel - Finance

Background:  This budget resolution increases the transfer from Museum Equipment Reserve to Weed Control Equipment Reserve for the payment of a used ATV.  Beginning Fund balance is being adjusted closer to actual in the Museum budget and the additional $3,000 is increasing Vehicles – Other in the Weed Control budget.

Fiscal Impact:  $3,000 increase in revenue and expenditures within Weed Control and Museum Equipment Reserve Funds.

Recommended Motion:  Approve the budget resolution for fiscal year 2020-21 as outlined in the attached document.  Fiscal impact is a $3,000 increase in revenue and expenditures within Weed Control and Museum Equipment Reserve Funds.
