Consideration of a request to approve a Comprehensive Plan Map Designation Change from “Rural Residential” to “General Commercial” and Zone Change from Rural Residential (R5) to General Commercial (CG) on 39.09 acres.  The subject property is developed with a Manufactured Home / Recreation Vehicles Park.  A Manufactured Home / Recreation Vehicles Park is not a permitted use in the R5 Zone and it is a Conditional Use in the General Commercial Zone.  The subject site is located on the west side of Tingley Lane between Cross Road and Old Midland Road.  Map - R-4009-00500 Tax Lot 01100
