Klamath County offers electronic document recording (eRecording).
- Documents must be submitted through a third-party vendor. We do not accept documents sent to us by email.
- With eRecording one no longer needs to submit records by mail, courier or in-person. Submit the instrument via secure connection to the Clerk’s office for review and acceptance into the permanent public record.
- All documents must still meet Oregon recording standards.
