David Schutt, DDA III
Dave completed his dual major Political Science/Philosophy degree at the University of Missouri where he was on the Dean’s List and part of the Golden Key National Honor Society; he received his J.D. degree at the affiliated Columbia School of Law. Since then he has been an instructor at Klamath Community College and DPSST, the ODAA representative to the Oregon Department of Safety, Standards and Training board, president of the Lake County Bar Association, Lake County DA, and the 2008 Oregon DUII Prosecutor of the Year, in addition to being involved in numerous community programs.
Cole Chase, DDA III
Cole has several degrees from the University of Iowa and its College of Law, where he participated in everything from varsity rowing and urban planning to serving on the Iowa Student Bar Executive Board. He has stayed just as busy during his time in Oregon, where he’s done work for the Klamath County Youth Peer Court, Klamath Falls Planning and Zoning Commission, and Klamath Community College.
Sarah Dougherty, DDA III
Sarah obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science from UO in 2010 before graduating from UO law school in 2014. She worked as a DDA first in Curry County and migrated south to Klamath county where she’s been ever since. In her off time she also participates in the mentoring program for at risk youth.
