November 19, 2017, 2:00 PM @ Klamath County Library
The downtown Klamath County Library and the Klamath Falls Friends are hosting a screening and discussion of the film Incarcerating US on Sunday, November 19th at 2 pm.
With 2.3 million people behind bars, the United States has the largest prison population in the world. Incarcerating US examines the policies that have sent so many to prison – in particular, mandatory minimum sentences relating to the War on Drugs – and interviews lawmakers and reformers attempting to make the system more just.
Incarcerating US is unrated and runs for one hour, 24 minutes.
