November 16, 2017, 6:00 PM @ Klamath County Library
The downtown Klamath County Library is hosting "Lay Person Legal," a series of law seminars for average folks navigating the legal system. Our latest presentation covers living wills and end-of-life care on Thursday, November 16th at 6 pm.
It can be uncomfortable to think about, but planning ahead for your end-of-life needs can make taking care of your estate much easier for your survivors. The seminar will cover issues such as how to draft an advance directive, living wills, powers of attorney, and what you can do to help your survivors avoid probate court.
This seminar series is a partnership between the downtown Klamath County Library, the Loyd De Lap Law Library, the Klamath County Bar Association and Legal Aid Services of Oregon, and will cover various legal topics of interest to the average person. (Please note that our Lay Person Legal presenters cannot give legal advice on any specific case.)
No registration is required. For more information, please call 541-882-8894.
