Phillip Squibb has been the Director of DD Services since 2018. He graduated from Greenville University with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education; earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to working at DDS, Phillip worked at a local residential treatment facility as a therapist and the academic and vocational director. He moved to Klamath Falls from the Chicago area and enjoys the small town feel and how friendly and welcoming the members of the community are. In his free time, Phillip enjoys glamping, snow-skiing, urban farming, and traveling.
Heidi Gaitheris the Program Administrator and began working at DD Services in 2018. Heidi earned a Masters in Social Work from Portland State University and Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology from Oregon Tech. Before joining the team at DDS, Heidi’s background included working in residential treatment, early childhood education programs, and organizational development. A Klamath Falls native, Heidi appreciates the abundance of outdoor activities and opportunities this area provides. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, entertaining friends and family, crafting, and creating one-of-a-kind custom cakes.
Wendy Howard is the Lead Case Manager/Quality Assurance and has been working at DD Services since 2011. Prior to working at DDS Wendy worked for the school district, REACH, Reach, and SPOKES. Wendy is a native of Klamath Falls and her entire family lives here as well. In her free time, Wendy enjoys cooking and baking and takes advantage of the outdoor opportunities by camping, fishing, and working in her greenhouse.
Annette Van Riper is the Eligibility Specialist and started working at DD Services in 2011.Prior to working at DDS, Annette worked for the school district and in the mental health field. Annette loves the beautiful scenery and the small town feel of Klamath Falls. When she isn’t working, Annette enjoys camping, hiking, baking, and spending time with family.
Dennis Garcia is a Case Manager and started working at DD Services in 2014. Dennis has worked in the Developmental Disability field for 22 years including for Klamath County School District and Klamath Falls City Schools. Dennis loves the small town feel of Klamath Falls and appreciates the outdoor opportunities. When he’s not working, Dennis enjoys mountain biking, spending time with his family, and coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
Drew Tessler is a Case Manager and started at DD Services in 2018. He has spent the last 25 years working closely with people with disabilities as an educator. And although he grew up in Ohio, Drew has spent time living in Wisconsin, California, Colorado, Illinois and now, Oregon. Drew and his daughters moved here in the summer of 2017 from Chicago. Together, they enjoy camping, hiking, reading books, listening to music and road trips to the coast.
Madison Meyer is a Case Aide and started working at DD Services in 2018. Prior to working at DDS, she worked for a medical clinic in Bend. Madison relocated to Klamath Falls from Bend and appreciates the slower pace and small community. When she’s not working, Madison enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, dog MJ, and outdoors, including rafting, fishing, and hiking.
Terra Zumwalt is the Foster Home Certification and Licensing Specialist and also serves as the Designated Referral Contact. She started working at DD Services in 2016. Terra graduated from Oregon Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology and a Masters in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. Terra grew up in Klamath Falls and is a proud member of the community. When she’s not working, Terra enjoys attending her children’s extracurricular activities, spending time with family, and cooking.
Teresa Cobian is a Case Manager and started working at DD Services in 2015. She graduated from Oregon Tech with a Bachelors of Applied Psychology and a Minor in Human Communication. Teresa loves Klamath Falls and appreciates the positive changes she is seeing in the community. When she’s not working, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.
Tina Scotton is a Case Aide and started working at DD Services in 2018. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors of Arts in Medieval Studies and completed a study abroad year in England. Tina also spent four years in the US Army and is a proud member of the Veteran community. Tina grew up in Klamath Falls and enjoys the year-round sunshine of the area. When she’s not working, Tina enjoys traveling, reading, writing, and singing.
Asia Davis is a Case Manager and started working at DD Services in 2018. She graduated from Oregon State University—Cascades with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Science - Human Services. Prior to working at DDS, Asia worked for local mental health facilities. She grew up in Klamath Falls and appreciates the tight-knit community. When she’s not working, Asia enjoys gardening, working on her mini-farm, camping, and spending time with her children.
Geneva Lewis is the Abuse Investigator and has been at DD Services since 2017. Geneva’s career has been solely focused on ensuring members of our community remain safe. Prior to working at DDS she worked in Law Enforcement for 14 years and spent four years in the Marine Corps. Geneva appreciates that members of our community are personable and welcoming. When she is not working, Geneva enjoys working with her horses and swimming.
Cody Quayle is the DD Assessor and started working at DD Services in 2018. He graduated from Oregon Tech with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology. Cody grew up in Idaho and moved to Klamath Falls to attend college. Cody spent five and a half years active duty in the Air Force and recently retired from the Air Guard. He appreciates the community feel that Klamath Falls offers. When he’s not working, Cody enjoys playing video games and spending time with his family.
Suzy Rogers is the Senior Chief Office Deputy for DD Services. Although Klamath Falls is her hometown her family also lived in the Willamette Valley where she worked for Oregon State University for 6 years and Linn Benton Community College for 4 years. Suzy and her husband returned to their roots of Klamath Falls in 2001 to raise their two children. She worked at JELD-WEN for 17 years in the Policies & Procedures department and continued in various Customer Service and Project Management positions while there. She and her husband also have a small acreage farm where they raise horses and cattle. In their spare time, they enjoy family time, camping, traveling, anything outdoors and visiting the coast.
Jeff Elliot is a Case Manager for DD Services he joined our team after 18 months with Southern Oregon Regional Brokerage, Jeff also comes from a vast background in the military where he retired after 34 years as Maintenance Chief Master sergeants from Kingsley Field Air Base. His passion in working with DD stems from a love of helping people and assisting them in finding their own path. He enjoys Klamath Falls because of the small community environment and less traffic. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, grand kids and playing guitar.
Ashley Dearing is a Case Manager for DD services and joined our team in 2019. She graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Applied Psychology, with a focus on Human Services. Ashley has been in case management since 2016 with the DD community. She was born and raised in Klamath Falls. Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and children and exploring life together. When she's not working Ashley enjoys gardening, geocaching, vacations, family time, and listening to music.
Charles Bland is a Case Manager and started working at DD Services in 2019. A Military Veteran with 21 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps and the Air National Guard; he holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Eastern Oregon University, and a Masters of Public Policy from Liberty University. Charles is passionate about working with people and helping others to discover the best versions of themselves. A Klamath native, Charles is an active member of the community and appreciates the generous and compassionate heart of the Klamath Basin. Charles enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering, serving as a community leader, and enjoying the multiple outdoor activities the Basin offers.
Antony Judson is a Case Manager and started working for DD Services in 2019. He was born and raised for the first 12 years of his life in Germany, as an Army BRAT. He can speak and write German fluently. He loves to travel and has lived in Germany, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Washington twice and Oregon twice and Arizona three times. He graduated from Old Dominion University with degrees in Human Services Counseling. He has worked as a Special Education Teacher, a Therapeutic Mentor for children with Autism, ran a Children’s Residential Treatment Program, worked in Child Welfare, was a Program Manager for a Residential Treatment Center that specialized in working with children with sensory issues/ Autism and ran a shelter that specialized in working with children that were in the care of Child Welfare. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and going to beach.
Bekah Mathis is a Case Manager and starting working for DD Services in 2019. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s of Science in Anthropology with a focus in Archaeology and Culture. Bekah grew up in the Klamath Basin and loves the friendly community environment. Bekah Loves the Pacific Northwest and the diverse culture and landscapes that it offers. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking, gardening, and painting.
Deven Collins is a Case Manager and started working for DD Services in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and attended graduate school toward both, a JD in Law, and an MA in Counseling Psychology. She loves people and animals and is a committed advocate for both. She is passionate about empowering others. When she isn’t working she enjoys, spending time with her husband, family, friends, and animals. She has horses, dogs, and cats at home. She loves to travel and learn about new cultures and areas. Deven and her husband moved to the Klamath Basin in 2011 and really enjoy living in a small town, the climate, and the people.
